Methodological approaches to the choice of ways in the company's innovative development

Abstract

The authors propose a matrix connecting the innovation's qualitative level with relative speed of its introduction in the production; they determine the limits of the use of the matrix of the analysis of market situations, as well as the guidelines of the formation of strategies of innovative development with due regard to the peculiarities of market.
