Abstract
The Human Resources area is a fundamental pillar for the success of any organization, since people are what determine or bring organizations into existence. The fourth industrial revolution requires a change of mentality and, as a consequence, Human Resources Management (HRM) has undergone a remarkable transformation process towards e-HRM in recent years. The introduction of ICT has modified HR processes, systems and organization through new digital platforms, apps and ways of providing HR services. This paper analyzes the impact of digitalization on HR management in general and specifically on the application of practices encompassed in what is known as e-HRM. In addition, the work is complemented with a real case study based on the company ieTeam, in order to know first-hand the degree of influence of digitization in HRM and the impact of e-HRM in the company.; El área de RRHH es un pilar fundamental para el éxito de cualquier organización, ya que las personas son las que determinan o hacen existir a las organizaciones. La cuarta revolución industrial exige un cambio de mentalidad y como consecuencia de ello la DRH ha sufrido un notable proceso de transformación hacia la e-HRM en los últimos años. La irrupción de las TIC ha modificado los procesos, sistemas y organización de los RRHH mediante nuevas plataformas digitales, apps y maneras de proveer servicios de RRHH. En este trabajo se analiza el impacto de la digitalización en la dirección de recursos humanos, en general y concretamente en la aplicación de las prácticas englobadas en lo que se conoce como e-HRM. Además, el trabajo se complementa con el estudio de un caso real basado en la empresa ieTeam, con el fin de conocer de primera mano el grado de influencia de la digitalización en la DRH y el impacto del e-HRM en la empresa.
