Abstract
The Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), in the academic course 2017-18 implemented the first edition of the Dual Training Itinerary in the Degree in Business Administration and Management. As it is known, Dual training consists of a formative program where alternating periods are carried out between the university and the enterprise (workplace). Thus, three main agents related to each other are involved in this program. More concretely, the company, the university and the student. In this paper, the students of the first edition of this program will share their experience combining both worlds, university and workplace. Firstly, they will describe the company in which they have completed their work stances. Subsequently, they will summarize the main functions and tasks undertaken, as well as the skills developed and the learning results obtained. Finally, the authors will perform a global assessment (self-diagnosis) of the experience lived by identifying some aspects that could be improved.; La Facultad de Economía y Empresa en su Sección de Gipuzkoa implantó en el curso académico 2017-18 la primera edición del Itinerario de Formación Dual en el Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas. Como es sabido, la formación Dual consiste en un programa formativo donde se realizan periodos de tiempo alternados entre el centro de formación y el centro de trabajo. Así, en este programa intervienen tres agentes principales relacionados entre sí: la Empresa, la Universidad y el Alumnado. En la presente comunicación, los/as alumnos/as de la 1ª Promoción de la Formación Dual contarán su experiencia en el desarrollo de dicho itinerario. En primer lugar, describirán la empresa en la que han realizado su proyecto formativo. Posteriormente, resumirán las principales funciones y tareas acometidas, así como las competencias desarrolladas y los resultados de aprendizaje obtenidos. Por último, los autores, realizarán una valoración global (auto-diagnóstico) de la experiencia vivida identificando algunos aspectos susceptibles de mejora.
