La industria automotriz en Alemania: ¿está perdiendo este sector emblemático su hegemonía a causa del escándalo del diésel?

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo se analiza el impacto que el reciente escándalo del diésel, “dieselgate”, tiene en la economía alemana en general y, especialmente, en el sector de la industria automotriz. Se investiga el papel que juegan las relaciones entre la clase política del país y la industria automotriz. Además se buscan pruebas o indicios de que esta crisis de la industria automotriz pueda llegar a acabar con una de las empresas de automóviles más famosas del mundo, e incluso frenar la hegemonía económica de la que ha gozado Alemania hasta este momento manchando la marca “hecho en Alemania” que siempre ha contribuido al éxito económico alemán. Finalmente, se analizan posibles cambios de estrategia política o económica para evitar el temido gran declive del sector de la industria automotriz en Alemania.
