Abstract

[ES] Los grandes cambios producidos en el entorno empresarial y, en especial, el fenómeno de la globalización, han provocado que desde las distintas administraciones públicas se propongan políticas industriales para la mejora de la competitividad de las pequeñas y medianas empresas. La constitución de Clusters Institucionales es una medida que ha contado con muy buena acogida.
