Sivil Toplum Kuruluslarinin Kaynak Bulma ve Kullanma Süreclerindeki Yaklasimlari: Izmir Ili Uygulamasi

Abstract

Bu calismanin temel amaci sivil toplum kuruluslarinda (STK) kaynak bulma ve kullanma süreclerindeki yaklasimlar ve bu yaklasimlarin birbirleriyle olan etkilesimlerinin incelenmesidir. Bu konuda hazirlanan anket formu Subat 2009 – Haziran 2009 tarihlerinde Ýzmir Ýli’nde yer alan STK’lar kapsaminda 107 STK’da 136 birey üzerinde uygulanmistir. Arastirma sonucunda STK’larda kaynak bulma ve kullanma sürecinde “yurt ici ve yurt disi, donör, proje-dis cevre, kurum felsefesi, muhasebe uygulamalari, insan kaynagi ve yönetim kurulu faktörü” isimleri verilen yedi faktör olusmustur. Bu faktörlerin katilimcilar tarafindan önemli olarak algilandigi ve faktörlerin birbirleriyle orta ve düsük düzeyde ancak pozitif yönde iliski icerdigi saptanmistir. Ayrica yas, cinsiyet ve egitim durumunun yedi faktöre bakisi etkilemedigi, STK’daki konum, STK’daki üyelik süresi ve STK türünün ise farkli bakis acilarinin oldugu belirlenmistir.
