Abstract

Saglik hizmetleri gibi cok yüksek maliyetlere katlanilarak gerceklestirilen hizmetlerde hekimlerin is doyumu; saglik hizmetlerinin kalitesi, devamliligi, maliyetleri ve saglik hizmetlerinin ciktilari üzerinde etkili olacagindan, üzerinde önemle durulmasi gereken bir konu olarak karsimiza cikmaktadir. Bununla birlikte isinden tatmin olmayan calisanlarin, ayni zamanda tatmin olmamis müsteriler yaratacagi gözönüne alindiginda, özellikle saglik hizmetleri gibi hayati öneme sahip bir sektörde konunun önemi daha da artmaktadir. Yapilan calismada ise kamu hastanesinde görev yapan klinisyen hekimlerin is doyumlari, özel hastanede görev yapan klinisyen hekimlerden daha düsük olarak ortaya cikmis ve bu durumun nedenleri belirlenmeye calisilmistir.
