Dogrudan Yabanci Sermaye Yatirimlarini Etkileyen Faktorler

Abstract

Kacinilmaz ve geri donulemez bir surec olarak gorulen kuresellesmenin cok yuzlu bir kavramdir ancak en onemli yuzu ekonomik ve finansal yuzudur ozellikle son 15 yilda ticaret ve sermaye akislarinda ciddi artislar ve uretimin yeri, yapisinda radikal degisiklikler gorulmustur. Dogrudan yabanci sermaye yatirimlari gecen yirmi yil icinde kuresellesmenin ve dunya ekonomisinin dikkat ceken baslica ozelligini olusturmaktadir. 1990’li yillarin basindaki kucuk bir durgunluk donemine ragmen son derece hizli bir sekilde artmistir. Bircok ulkeden, bircok sektorden cok sayidaki isletme gecmise gore cok daha artan oranda kendi ulkeleri disinda yatirima yonelmekte ve bircok ulke cokuluslu isletmeleri ulkelerine cekebilmek icin rekabet etmektedirler. Gelismekte olan cok sayida ulke dogrudan yabanci sermaye yatirimlarini sermaye kaynagi olarak gormektedir. Bu nedenle dogrudan yabanci sermaye yatirimlarini etkileyen faktorlerin incelenmesi son derece yararli olacaktir.
