Yore Esnafinin Her Sey Dahil Sistemine Yonelik Tutumlari

Abstract

2000 yilindan sonra Turkiye’nin ozellikle kiyi seridinde yer alan konaklama isletmelerinin sayilarinda ve kapasitelerinde meydana gelen onemli artis, turizmdeki rekabetin siddetini arttirmistir. Bu durum karsisinda konaklama isletmeleri, rekabet ustunlugu saglamak icin her sey dahil sistemine yonelmislerdir. Sistemin uygulanmasina baslandiktan sonra en fazla etkilenen taraflardan biri bolge esnafidir. Bu calismanin amaci, Alanya’da faaliyet gosteren yore esnafinin her sey dahil sistemine yonelik tutumlarinin belirlenmesidir. Arastirmaya 280 yore esnafi katilmis ve veri toplama araci olarak anket yontemi uygulanmistir. Olcekte yer alan onermelere faktor analizinin uygulanmasi ile yore esnafinin her sey dahil sistemine olan tutumlarinin yedi boyuttan olustugu saptanmistir. Faktor analizi sonucunda her bir faktorun ve onermelerinin ortalamalari alinmis ve bolge esnafinin her sey dahil sistemine yonelik olumsuz tutumlara sahip oldugu, sistemin ulke turizmine zarar verdigi ve uygulamadan kaldirilmasi gerektigi yonunde bir goruse sahip olduklari saptanmistir. Ayrica uygulanan t testi ve anova analizi sonuclarina gore yore esnafinin her sey dahil sistemine yonelik tutumlarinin, isletmelerin faaliyet suresi, faaliyet alani, personel sayisi, musteri gruplari ve etkinlik turune gore istatistiksel anlamda farklilasmadigi gorulmustur.
