Turkiye’de Ar-Ge Harcamalari Ve Ekonomik Buyume Arasindaki Nedensel Iliskinin Analizi

Abstract

AR-GE harcamalari - buyume iliskisine icsel buyume modellerinde genis bir sekilde deginilmis fakat bu iliskinin varligi ve bu iliskinin yonu son zamanlarda yapilan calismalarda tartisilmaya baslanmistir. Bu calismada Turkiye icin AR-GE harcamalari – buyume iliskisi nedensellik baglaminda analiz edilmistir. Bunun icin yontem olarak VEC (Vector Error Correction) modeli secilmistir. Calisma sonucu kisa donemde AR-GE harcamalari – ekonomik buyume iliskisi herhangi bir yonde bulunamamis, ancak uzun donemde AR-GE harcamalarinin ekonomik buyumenin nedeni oldugu sonucuna ulasilmistir.
