Sivil Toplum Kuruluslarinda Gelecek Yonelimli Lider Performans Profili: Istatistiksel Bir Yaklasim

Abstract

Gunumuz dunyasinda sinir tanimaz bir sekilde onemi gittikce artan sivil toplum kuruluslari’nin liderlik profillerinin onlarin basarisinda onemi buyuktur. Secimle is basina gelen STK liderleri, cabalarini liderlik odakli gelistirdiklerinde STK’lari gelecege tasiyabileceklerdir. Bu baglamda, bu amprik calisma kapsaminda bir anket olusturulmustur. Anket 7 soruluk demografik bolum ve 10 soruluk liderlik kapsaminda olusturulan maddelerden meydana gelmektedir. Arastirma oncesi kurulan model istatistiksel analiz sonuclarina gore farkli bir yapiya donusmustur. Arastirma sonucunda liderlerin STK’lari gelecege en iyi sekilde tasiyabilmelerinin temel kosullarinin kurumsallasmaya onem verme ve olaylara genis acidan bakabilme ile mumkun olacagi belirlenmistir. Arastirmanin sagligi acisindan gecerlilik kapsaminda uzman gorusleri alinmis, SPSS yazilimi kullanilarak guvenirlik testleri, t testi ve Mann-Whitney U testi, tek yonlu tek degiskenli varyans analizi ve Kruskal-Wallis H, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri yapilmistir.
