Abstract

KOBI’ler, ulke ekonomisinin dinamik ve surukleyici unsurlarini olusturmaktadir. Bu kapsamdaki isletmelerin karsilastiklari sorunlarin en onemlisi finansman sorunlari olup, cozum yollarindan bir tanesi sermaye piyasalarindan fon saglamak olarak gorulmektedir. Gelisen Isletmeler Piyasalari A.S. (GIP) ya da KOBI Borsasi, basta KOBI’ler olmak uzere gelisme ve buyume potansiyeline sahip isletmelerin sermaye piyasasindan fon saglamalarina imkan tanimak amaciyla kurulmaktadir. Bu calismada uluslararasi piyasalarda yer alan onemli KOBI borsalari ve bunlarin faaliyetleri incelenmis, Turkiye’de reel sektorun ihtiyaclarina cevap verebilecek bir KOBI Borsasi yapilanmasi icin oneriler sunulmustur.
