Lojistik Deger ve Ek Deger: Bir Odak Grup Calismasi

Abstract

Son yillarda ücüncü taraf lojistik hizmet tedarikci sayisinin ve rekabetin artmasi, cogu zaman es anlamli kullanilan lojistik deger ve ek deger kavramlarina farkli anlamlar yüklenmesine neden olmustur. Bu calismanin amaci, farkli sekilde yorumlanmaya baslayan bu kavramlarinin, Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren firmalar tarafindan nasil algilandigini belirlemektir. Bu amacla yapilan odak grup calismasinda, lojistik deger ve ek deger olarak algilanan hizmet türleri ve nitelikleri belirlenmistir. Arastirma sonuclari, hizmet farklilastirmasinda kritik düzeyde önem tasiyan lojistik faaliyet sürecinin daha etkin bir sekilde tasarlanmasini kolaylastirarak firmalara önemli ölcüde rekabet avantaji saglayabilir.
