Ögrenilmis Gereksinimlere Yönelik Bir Ölcek Gelistirme Calismasi

Abstract

Bu calismanin amaci bir Türk örnekleminde basari, baglanma, özerklik ve baskinlik/güc gereksinimlerini ölcebilecek yeni bir ögrenilmis (manifest) gereksinim degerlendirme soru formu gelistirmektir. Daha önceden bu amaca yönelik olarak gelistirilmis iki soru formu olmasina karsin (ögrenilmis gereksinim soru formu MNQ ve gereksinim degerlendirme soru formu NAQ), konuya iliskin yapilan pek cok calismada MNQ ile ilgili ic tutarlilik sorunlarina isaret edilmistir. Heckert ve calisma arkadaslari NAQ yu bu nedenle gelistirmislerdir. Bu calisma, konuya iliskin arastirmalar dizisinin ilk iki adimini icermektedir. Ilk calisma 20 si MNQ maddeleri, 40 i da Heckert ve calisma arkadaslari tarafindan önerilen toplam 60 madde ile baslamistir. Bu soru havuzu 650 lisans ögrencisi ile sinanmistir. Faktör analizi ve madde-toplam korelasyonlarini da iceren madde analizleri sonucunda 20 maddelik GDÖ (gereksinim degerlendirme ölcegi) yaratilmistir. Ikinci calismada veriler 120 lisans ögrencisinden toplanmis ve bu calisma ile ölcegin test, tekrar test güvenilirligi ortaya konulmustur.
