Iran’in “Ortak Kapsamli Eylem Plani” Sonrasi Enerji Politikalari Uzerine Cikarimlar

Abstract

Bu calisma Iran’in Bati ile imzaladigi “Ortak Kapsamli Eylem Plani” sonrasi yaptirimlarin kalkmasiyla Tahran’in enerji politikalarini neoliberal teori baglaminda analiz etmeyi amaclamaktadir. Bu baglamda Iran’in mevcut enerji potansiyeli, yaptirimlardan onceki ve sonraki enerji durumu ele alinmaktadir. Calismanin sonuclarina gore Iran’a karsi uygulanan yaptirimlarin kalkmasiyla Iran’in petrol ve dogal gaz uretiminin arttigi ve enerji konusunda alternatif ulkeler ile mutlak kazanc nezdinde isbirligine hazir oldugu ortaya cikmistir. Yillarca uygulanan yaptirimlarin etkisini kaldirmak icin Iran, Iran-Turkiye-Avrupa, TANAP ve buna benzer cesitli petrol ve dogal gaz boru hatti projelerinde yer alip almamasi tartisilmaktadir.
