Krizlerle Bas Etmede Sosyal Medyanin Yeri ve Onemi

Abstract

Krizler, isletmelerin temel unsur ve yapitaslari ile birlikte, bu kuruluslarin finansal yapisina ve itibarina zarar veren olaylar olarak tanimlanabilir. Kriz yonetimi ise bu tur olaylarin olumsuz etkilerini gidermek veya azaltmaya iliskin karar verme sanatidir. Bu calismada sosyal medyada kriz yonetimi, gercek hayatta ortaya cikan olaylar uzerinden vaka analizi yardimiyla incelenmektedir. Arastirma kapsaminda ele alinan ornek olaylar krizle karsi karsiya kalan isletmelerin, isletme ici ve isletme disi iletisime onem vermeleri gerektigini, kriz yonetimi stratejilerinde sosyal medya konusunda uzman paydaslarin da bulunmasinin yararli olacagini acik bir sekilde gostermistir.
