Ozel, Kamu ve Yabanci Tasarruf Iliskisi: Turkiye Ornegi

Abstract

Surdurulebilir ekonomik buyumenin en onemli finansman kaynagi yurtici tasarruflardir. Turkiye’de son yillarda yurtici tasarruflarda yasanan degisim yabanci tasarruflara olan bagimliligi arttirmistir. Dolayisiyla, Turkiye icin ozel, kamu ve yabanci tasarruf iliskisi daha onemli ve tartisilir bir konu haline gelmistir. Calismada 1980-2014 doneminde Turkiye’de ozel, kamu ve yabanci tasarruf iliskisi arastirilmistir. Serilerin duraganliklari Lee ve Strazicich (2003) coklu yapisal kirilmali birim kok testiyle; esbutunlesme iliskisinin varligi Maki (2012) coklu yapisal kirilmali esbutunlesme testiyle incelenmis ve esbutunlesme katsayilari dinamik en kucuk kareler yontemiyle tahmin edilmistir. Analiz sonuclari ozel ve kamu tasarruflari arasinda negatif ve tam olmayan Ricardocu Denklik Hipotezi’nin oldugunu gostermistir. Ayrica yabanci tasarruflarin ozel tasarruflari negatif etkiledigi diger bir deyisle ikame ettigi tespit edilmistir.
