Muhasebecilerin Duygusal Zeka Duzeylerinin Orgutsel Bagliliklari Uzerindeki Etkisi

Abstract

Bu calismanin amaci, muhasebecilerin duygusal zeka duzeylerinin, orgutsel baglilik ve boyutlari uzerindeki etkisini olcmektir. Duygusal zeka ve orgutsel baglilik degiskenleri arasindaki iliskiler Bar-On (1997) tarafindan gelistirilen ve bes alt boyuttan olusan duygusal zeka modeli ile Meyer ve Allen (1984;1997) tarafindan gelistirilen ve uç alt boyuttan olusan orgutsel baglilik modeli ele alinarak incelenmistir. Turkiye’nin cesitli illerindeki muhasebe burolarinda bagimli olarak calisan toplam 470 muhasebecinin katilimiyla olusan orneklemden toplanan veriler esas alinarak yapilan analizlerin sonuclari muhasebecilerin duygusal zeka duzeylerinin gerek orgutsel bagliliginda; gerekse orgutsel bagliligin alt boyutlari olan duygusal, devam ve normatif bagliliklari uzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamli ve pozitif yonde bir etkisinin oldugunu gostermektedir.
