Turkiye’deki Isadamlari Orgutlerinin Avrupalilasma Sureci

Abstract

Avrupa Birligi’ne (AB) aday ve uye ulkelerde devam etmekte olan Avrupalilasma sureci ulusal alandaki isadamlari orgutlerinin donusumune temelde uc mekanizma ile katki saglamaktadir: ‘AB fonlari’, ‘AB muktesebatina uyum’ ve ‘sosyal ogrenme surecleri’. Turkiye’nin 1995 yilinda Gumruk Birligi Antlasmasi’ni imzalamasindan oturu isadamlari orgutleri Avrupalilasma surecinden adaylik statusu kazanilmadan once etkilenmeye baslamistir. Bu calismada liberal (Turk Sanayicileri ve Isadamlari Dernegi-TUSIAD ve Iktisadi Kalkinma Vakfi-IKV), muhafazakar (Mustakil Isadamlari Dernegi-MUSIAD, Anadolu Aslanlari Isadamlari Dernegi-ASKON ve Turkiye Isadamlari ve Sanayiciler Konfederasyonu-TUSKON) ve yari-kamusal (Turkiye Odalar ve Borsalar Birligi-TOBB) nitelikteki isadamlari orgutlerinin Gumruk Birligi Antlasmasi, Turkiye’nin aday ulke statusu ve Ekonomik ve Sosyal Konsey’e bakis acilarinin Avrupalilasma surecinin etkisiyle nasil sekillendigi tartisilmaktadir.
