Spor Organizasyonlarinin Maliyet Boyutunun Risk Yonetimi Acisindan Degerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu calisma, ulkemizde duzenlenen uluslararasi spor organizasyonlarinin maliyet durumlarinin risk yonetimi acisindan maliyete iliskin riskleri ve risk kaynaklarini belirlemek amaciyla planlanmistir.Arastirma Genclik ve Spor Genel Mudurlugu’nde gorev yapan 55 ust ve orta duzey yonetici ile 50 alan uzmanlariyla yapilmistir. Arastirma grubuna spor organizasyonlarinin maliyete ozgu risk ve risk kaynaklarini belirlemek amaciyla, maliyet degerini etkileyebilecek risk faktorlerini iceren ve 43 maddeden olusan risk degerlendirme olcegi uygulanmistir. Calisma sonucunda; organizasyona iliskin dis kaynakli, mali kaynakli, faaliyet kaynakli ve insan kaynakli riskler ve bu risklerin sonuca etki derecelendirme kriterlerine gore performans, cizelge ve maliyete etkisi degerlendirilmistir.
