Abstract

Bu calisma, yapisal ve psikolojik guclendirmeyi, duygusal baglilik ve is doyumu ile iliskilendiren bir modeli test etmek amaciyla tasarlanmistir. Bu dogrultuda gelistirilen model, Izmir’in iki buyuk devlet universitesinde, toplam 25 fakultede gorev yapan 243 arastirma gorevlisinden elde edilen veriler isiginda yapisal esitlik modellemesine gore test edilmistir. Analizler sonucunda kabul edilen model, (a) yapisal guclendirmenin psikolojik guclendirme uzerinde dogrudan ve pozitif yonde etkisi oldugunu, (b) psikolojik guclendirmenin is doyumu ve duygusal baglilik uzerinde dogrudan ve pozitif yonde etkisi oldugunu, (c) yapisal guclendirmenin is doyumunu psikolojik guclendirme araciligiyla dolayli olarak pozitif etkiledigi, duygusal bagliligi ise hem psikolojik guclendirme araciligi ile dolayli yoldan hem de dogrudan ve pozitif yonde etkiledigini ortaya koymaktadir.
