Ulusal Inovasyon Gostergeleri ile Ulusal Lojistik Performansi Arasindaki Iliski: AB Ulkeleri Uzerine Bir Arastirma

Abstract

Inovasyon yaklasik 50 yildir populer olan bir konudur. Firmalar gibi ulkeler de inovasyon stratejilerini surdurulebilir rekabet gucu icin bir arac olarak kullanmaktadirlar. Ancak inovasyon stratejileri her sektor icin farkli kazanimlari da beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu calismanin amaci, ulusal inovasyon gostergeleri ile ulusal lojistik performans arasindaki iliskinin belirlenmesi ve inovasyon gostergelerinin ulkelerin lojistik performansi uzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesidir. Lojistik sektorunun ulkeler icin onemi dusunuldugunde inovasyon penceresinden lojistik performansini artirici yonde arastirmayi temel alan bu calisma literature onemli bir katki saglayacaktir. Ayrica literaturde bu konunun incelenmemis olmasi da calismanin onemini artirmaktadir. Yapilan analizler neticesinde lojistik performansi ile inovasyon gostergeleri arasinda pozitif bir iliski bulunmustur. Sonucta, insan kaynaklari ve entelektuel varliklar degiskenlerinin lojistik performans uzerindeki pozitif ve istatistiksel olarak anlamli etkisi, inovasyon politikasi onerisi olarak sunulmustur.
