Isletmelerin Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk Duzeylerinin Belirlenmesine Yonelik Bir Literatur Taramasi

Abstract

Gunumuzde isletmeler surdurulebilir isletme basarisinin sadece kisa donemli karlari maksimize ederek saglanamayacaginin farkina varmislardir. Sosyal sorumlulugun toplum refahina olan etkisi, artik toplumun tum kesimleri tarafindan kabul gormustur. Bu baglamda sosyal sorumluluk yaklasiminda isletmeler, toplum, cevre ve tuketici cikarlarinin birlikte gozetilmesi ilkesi ile hareket ederler. Bu calismada isletmelerin sorumluluklarinin belirlenmesi ve kurumsal sosyal sorumlulugun isletmelerde hangi duzeylerde oldugunu ortaya koymak amaciyla literatur taramasi yapilmistir. Bununla birlikte calismada Turkiye'deki isletmelerin kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk faaliyetleri derlenmistir.
