Experience of Ukraine and China on the Establishment of Organizational Forms of Innovative Activity

Abstract

The article examines the initiative for the development of industrial parks, in particular in the context of transregional cooperation between China and Singapore (Suzhou-Singapore Industrial Park) and China and Belarus (Great Stone Industrial Park). The development of industrial parks in China and Ukraine is monitored, trends are identified, common features and differences are outlined. The potential for creating Ukrainian-Chinese industrial parks, their priority areas and risks are analyzed. Cluster initiatives are considered in the context of sectoral development, models of state cluster policy are investigated. Special attention is paid to the issues of cooperation between chambers of commerce and industry and clusters. The institutional and legal framework for the functioning of innovative organizational forms in the real sector is determined, and specific proposals for their further development are provided.
