Ogranièenja i moguænosti fnanciranja malih i srednjih poduzeæa u Republici Hrvatskoj

Abstract

Za punu podršku razvoju i rastu malih i srednjih poduzeæa u Republici Hrvatskoj potrebno je stvoriti uèinkovito i poticajno institucionalno okruženje. Brojna provedena istraživanja ukazuju na to da je pristup izvorima fnanciranja jedan od temeljnih problema s kojim se susreæu mala i srednja poduzeæa. Osim tradicionalnog fnanciranja putem bankovnih kredita, potrebno je razviti i druge netradicionalne naèine fnanciranja. Hrvatska banka za obnovu i razvitak te Hrvatska agencija za malo gospodarstvo, inovacije i investicije, kao kljuène institucije u razvoju i poticanju rasta malih i srednjih poduzeæa u Republici Hrvatskoj, trebaju u što veæoj mjeri iskoristiti sredstva koja stoje na raspolaganju iz Europskih strukturnih i investicijskih fondova da se osiguraju lakši i povoljniji uvjeti fnanciranja poslovanja poduzetnika, a što bi konaènici trebalo potaknuti gospodarsku aktivnost te pomoæi održavanju postojeæih, ali i stvaranju novih radnih mjesta.
