Okvir nove politike dugoroenog ekonomskog rasta

Abstract

Hrvatska je registrirala dinamicni gospodarski rast u proteklim godinama. Mecutim, uslijed visokog koeficijenta uvozne ovisnosti i skromnih izvoznih rezultata , trgovinska bilanca zašla je duboko u negativnu zonu. Održavanje visoke stope rasta u uvjetima postojece nekonkurentne ekonomske strukture moguce je jedino uz daljnje pogoršanje trgovinske bilance i uvecanja inozemnog duga. Hrvatska mora poboljšati ukupnu produktivnost da bi osigurala stalni rast per capita dohotka, što bi morao postati cilj ekonomske politike. Rast dohotka po stanovniku i rast produktivnost su, u stvari, dvije strane istog procesa:zemlje postaju razvijenije kada njihovi radnici postaju produktivniji.
