Abstract

Sadašnja financijska kriza, a prje svega kriza u bankarskom sektoru, uzdrmalaje same temeije svjetske privrede koja sada prolazi snanu recesiju. Kriza je izazvana visokom kreditnom ekspanzijom koju su izazvaie banke, koristeci se manjkavostima financijskog sustava i preuzimajuci prevelike rizike. Financijska kriza san iranaje masivnom dravnom intervencijom u vidu dokapitalizacije banaka, garantiranja njihovih obveza, preuzimanjem toksine imovine i osiguravanjem dodatne likvidnosti. Financijska se kriza oekivano prelila na realni sektor pa je u velikim svjetskim ekonomijama nastupila ozbijna recesija. Zahvaljujuci veiikoj intervenciji viada za spašavanje banaka i poticanje proizvodnje i trgovine, sada se naziru siabašni znaci iziaska iz recesije. Premda je to pozitivan proces, ipak ne treba oekivati brzo saniranje posijedica financijske krize i recesije. Classification-JEL: G1
