Finansijska kriza i turisticka strategija Crne Gore

Abstract

Polaze i od zna!ajne elasti!nosti turizma na privredne, finansijske i politi!ke krize, realno se može o!ekivati njegova stagnacija u Crnoj Gori, pa !ak i recesija, uz napomenu da to u manjim turisti!kim destincijama ne mora biti tako ako se blagovremeno donese prilagodljiva i konzistentna razvojna strategija i preduzmu mjere kojima e se poboljšati kvalitet i raznovrsnost turisti!kih usluga. Koriste i se uobi!ajenom ekonomskog metodologijom, došli smo do predloga mjera za relativizovanje uticaja finansijske krize u crnogorskom turizmu, kao i zaklju!aka koji sugerišu da je to mogu e uz dodatna ulaganja u promociju, menadžment i znanje turisti!kih kadrova, poboljšanje kvaliteta usluga i diversifikaciju turisti!ke ponude. U radu se polazi od hipoteze da unikalni turisti!ki region Crne Gore zahtijeva unikalne ciljeve, koje je mogu e ostvariti kombinacijom 2 scenarija: regionalnog liderstva i klasterskog razvoja.
