Globalna financijska kriza i neoliberalna dogma

Abstract

Globalne finansijska kriza je uslovila ogromnu državnu pomo , koja se u pojedinim razvijenim državama mjeri stotinama milijardi ameri!kih dolara i eura. To je jedini mogu i na!in kojim se pokušava zaustaviti lan!ana reakcija nepovjerenja u finansijski sistem, nastao zbog deficita likvidnosti. Keynesijanstvo na odre"eni na!in i u odre"enim modalitetima produžava da živi, makar cikli!no i u novom ruhu. Novonastala pani!na situacija urušava misti!nu vjeru u !arobnu samoregulišu u mo tržišta, odnosno prozirni i interesno orijentisani entuzijazam neoliberalnih recepata ekonomske politike. Posledi!na i o!ekivana snažna privredna recesija e tako"e zahtijevati razne oblike državne intervencije, koji e biti usmjereni i na o!uvanje socijalne stabilnosti. Razmjere krize zahtijevaju brze, odlu!ne i sinhronizovane državne mjere u globalnim i lokalnim razmjerama. U ovom radu polazi se od hipoteze da je potrebno hitno prevazilaženje svih dogmatskih monizama i primjena institucionalnog pluralizma kao jedine razumne alternative u koncipiranju ekonomske politike i privrednog razvoja.
