Politika ciljane inflacije: svjetska iskustva i crnogorske

Abstract

Zbog brojnih negativnih uticaja i posljedica inflacije na privredni rast i razvoj, vecina centralnih banaka u svijetu primjenjuje politiku ciljne inflacije prilikom izbora osnovnog cilja novcano-kreditne politike. Za razliku od politike upravljanja valutnim kursom, politika ciljne inflacije pretpostavlja vecu usmjerenost na dinamiku domace agregatne tražnje (u odnosu na ogranicenje novcane ponude) i preferira racionalna u odnosu na adaptivna inflaciona ocekivanja. Crna Gora se takoce orijentisala na politiku ciljne inflacije, u granicama svojih mogucnosti, ogranicenja i specificnosti koje se razmatraju u ovom radu, u okvrima analize uticaja razlicitih faktora na dinamiku inflacije.
