Abstract

Proracunski deficit i preveliko privatno trošenje povezani su s deficitom tekucega racuna. Autor upozorava na nesigurnost povecane ponude deviza preko kredita koji bi održavali previsoku razinu investicija i potrošnje. Postoje snažne veze izmecu fiskalne i monetarne politike; sve odluke u vezi sa zaduživanjem, fiskusom i trošenjem povezane su kroz proracun s monetarnom politikom. Potrebna je njihova stalna koordinacija. U strukturnome prilagocivanju devizni tecaj nije neutralna kategorija. Stopa rasta inozemnog zaduživanja mora biti ogranicena kako bi država bila manje izložena vanjskim šokovima.
