Abstract

Nagli rast hrvatskog zaduženja u inozemstvu, koje je pocetkom 2008. doseglo razinu od 32 milijarde eura, posljedica je naslijecenih problema i teškoca izazvanih procesom osamostaljenja zemlje kao i nacinom na koji su ih nosioci ekonomske politike nastojali riješiti. Svrha je ovoga rada ocijeniti kako se tako nastalo stanje nužno odražava na perspektive buduceg razvoja. U radu autori nastoje procijeniti rizik od moguceg izbijanja dužnicke krize, probleme upravljanja dugom radi minimiziranja tog rizika i njegovih troškova, te posljedice koje iz sadašnjeg stanje proizlaze za buduce vocenjeekonomske politike.
