Abstract

„Uvodna preambula“ : Ogranicenja znanja postoje oduvijek i uvijek ce postojati. Kada bi ta ogranicenja jednom nestala, covjek bi postao svemocan kao što je svemocna priroda koja covjeka okružuje. Mecutim, i pored ogromnog napretka, posebno prirodnih znanosti tijekom proteklog stoljeca, takve mogucnosti nisu ni izdaleka sagledive. cak kada bi i bile, to bi više bilo podrucje metafizike i teologije, nego prirodnih i društvenih znanosti. Kada je rijec o ekonomskim znanostima i ekonomskoj politici onda nerijetko dolazi do nerazumijevanja ovih odnosa. Ekonomske znanosti i ekonomiste cesto se proglašava odgovornim i za ona dogacanja i one greške ekonomske politike na koje su oni mogli veoma malo, ili sasvim marginalno, utjecati.
