Strategija konvergencije i ekonomska politika - Studija slucaja za Srbiju

Abstract

Polazna teza u ovom radu je da je osnovni cilj strategije (ekonomske) konvergencije, kao osnovnog faktora za uspešno pridruživanje Srbije Evropskoj Uniji, osposobljavanje preduzeca za poslovanje u uslovima otvorene tržišne privrede. Druga teza je da je rešenje problema povecanja efikasnosti nacionalne ekonomske politike (pre svega, razvojne i investicione) u funkciji realizacije strategije konvergencije zavisi mnogo više od unutrašnjih faktora, nego od spoljneg okruženja. Istraživanje puteva za poboljšanje njene efikasnosti podeljeno je u tri dela. U prvom delu izvršena je analiza postojeceg stanja u cilju utvrcivanja polazne osnove za efikasnu razvojnu politiku u funkciji evropske integracije Srbije. U drugom delu, naglasak je stavljen na utvcivanje ciljeva i akcija ekonomske politike i reformi u funkciji unaprecenja performansi preduzeca u Srbiji. U trecem delu, izloženi su stavovi autora - šta bi trebalo uraditi na planu povecanja efikasnosti investicione politike u Srbiji.
