Abstract

U današnjem svijetu brzih promjena, motivirati zaposlene da daju sve od sebe kljuc je uspjeha svakog poduzeca. Iako zadatak nije lak, u reci na primjerima drugih vidjet cemo da su radnici najveca konkurentska prednost kompanija. Ljude treba tretirati s poštovanjem omogucujuci im da u poduzecu razviju svoje sposobnosti, poticuci ih stalno na ucenje. Preuzimanje rizika te propagiranje uspješnih pothvata i pojedinaca od najvece je važnosti. O neuspjesima treba takoder jasno govoriti kako se ne bi ponovili. Ovo ne isklju uje donošenje i teških odluka kao napr. Otpuštanje slabih, ali uvijek s osjecajem mjere i na bazi striktnog sustava vrednovanja koji svakom pokazuje, kroz duže vrijeme, kako poduzece gleda na njegov rad.
