Ljudski faktor najvažniji element organizacijske strukture

Abstract

Važnost ljudskih potencijala osjetno je porasla zbog novog mjesta i uloge covjeka u svim djelatnostima u društvu. Rijec je o racionalnom, humanom bicu koje pokrece sve aktivnosti i iji rezultati ovise o znanju, sposobnostima, vještinama, motiviranosti. U skladu s tim cilj ovog rada je istražiti teorijsku stranu važnosti funkcije kadrovskog popunjavanja sa stajališta djelatnika organizacije koji prilagodavaju ostale zaposlenike promjenama u okolini i pokušavaju stvoriti ugodnu radnu atmosferu u cilju postizanja boljih mjerljivih i nemjerljivih rezultata. Svrha rada je skrenuti pozornost na znacenje ljudskog faktora u djelatnosti svakog poduzeca i neminovnost kreiranja strukture poduzeca i njegovanja organizacijske kulture u skladu sa raspoloživim ljudskim potencijalima
