Utjecaj ekonomske politike na poslovanje trgovackih društava

Abstract

Središnje pitanje hrvatskoga gospodarstva, koje je ekonomska politika potpuno zanemarila u proteklih cetvrt stoljeca, jest pitanje ekonomskog položaja poduzeca, toga osnovnoga privrednog subjekta na kojemu po iva ukupno gospodarstvo. Rezultati fiskalne i ukupne makroekonomske politike vidljivi su i moguce ih je neizravno pratiti preko financijskog rezultata poslovanja poduzetnickog sektora koje se analizira u prvom dijelu rada. U drugom dijelu razmatra se utjecaj ekonomske politike s aspekta razvoja poduzetništva, a u trecem s aspekta izmjene strukture hrvatskoga gospodarstva. Na kraju se daju zakljucne napomene.
