Abstract

Znacenje financija za proces reprodukcije nije jednoznacno odreceno. Na jednoj strani financijama se osporava uloga u mogucem povecanju ucinkovitosti, na drugoj pak strani finacijama se pridaje odlucujuca uloga u upravljanju procesom reprodukcije i razvoju nacionalnoga gospodarstva. Bez obzira na to o kojoj se grupi ekonomista radi, nitko, ako izuzmemo vulgarni dio interpretacija, danas ne dovodi u pitanje važnost ekonomske politike, pri cemu se financijama i financijskoj politici pridaje odlucniji znacaj odlucnija uloga.Sustavni pristup financijskom sustavu omogucuje i sustavnu financijsku politku. Imajuci u vidu multiplikativne utjecaje pojedinih instrumenata ekonomoske politike,bez cjelovitog sagledavanja sveukupnosti nije moguce voditi ucinkovitu financijsku politiku.
