Fenomenologija burze Case Study povlaštene informacije, povlaštena trgovina i burzovna patologija

Abstract

Stabilnost burze nije svetinja samo za zakonodavnu vlast svake zemije, vec i za sudbenu i izvršnu vlast.Nijedna vlada ne želi da joj se dogodi ono što se 2000. godine dogodilo u SAD. Te godine miiijuni ulagatelja izgubiii su 5 bilijuna dolara, koje su uložili u vrijednosnice. Takozvano medvjece tržište na vrijednosnice bio je glavni razlog. Povlaštene informacije, povlaštena trgovina i burzovna patologija zaštitni su znak medvjeceg tržišta za koje je Andre’ Kostolany — jedan od najglasnijih burzovnih spekulanata 20. stoljeca-davno je rekao da su tom trendu pretpostavke: kaos, tuda nevoija i socijalna patologija.
