Mecunarodno kretanje kapitala kao generator i akcelerator globalizacije

Abstract

Mecunarodno kretanje kapitala jedan je od najatraktivnijih oblika mecunarodne suradnje mecu tvrtkama. Globalizacija se može primjenjivati tek ako doce do promjene poslovnog razmišljanja i ako postoje tvrtke spremne prihvatiti rizik koji ona sa sobom nosi. Tržište je pritom samo temelj za postojanje globalne konkurencije, odnosno izravne konkurencije tvrtki na svim tržištima bez promjena na proizvodu ili usluzi i bez prilagodbe lokalnim zahtjevima. Rad se sastoji od pet dijelova u kojima je rijec o osnovnim oblicima mecunarodnog kretanja kapitala, crnogorskim i svjetskim iskustvima na tome podrucju, sporazumu o slobodnoj trgovini te izravnim investicijama u inozemstvu kao njegovu glavnom obliku. Zakljucak je ovog rada da kapital uložen izvan nacionalnih granica dobiva multinacionalni karakter, što opravdava mecunarodno kretanje kapitala kao najvažniji oblik mecunarodnog financiranja i odlucujuci cimbenik globalizacije.
