Proracunski deficit: Koliko je težak teret gospodarstvu?

Abstract

Pojedinac, poduzece, a tako i država u svom financijskom poslovanju više su ili manje uspješni i efikasni, odnosno mogu poslovati s dobitkom iii gubitkom, viškom iii manjkom. Kada za državu i njezino poslovanje to izrazimo rjecnikom javnih financija, kažemo da je država ostvarila suficit ili deficit u odredenoj godini. Koliko su zapravo proracunski deficiti loši iii dobri za gospodarstvo? Jesu li opasan teret gospodarstvu? Mnogobrojna su pitanja koja su povezana s pitanjem proracunskih deficita i javnog dUga. Kako su oni danas jedan od kljucnih problema vecine država, pa tako i Hrvatske, cilj je rada prikazati kretanje proracunskih deficita i javnog duga u razvijenim zemijama i Republici Hrvatskoj, te usporedbom i analizom relevantnih podataka utvrditi postoje li veze izmedu proracunskih kretanja u razlicitim gospodarstvima, te prikazati posljedice postojanja proracunskog deficita.
