Deficit proracuna i tekuceg racuna

Abstract

Proracunski deficit i preveliko privatno trošenje povezani su s deficitom tekucega racuna. Znacajna je kvalitetna struktura pritoka, pri cemu su neposredna strana ulaganja nuzna. Autor upozorava na nesigurnost povecane ponude deviza preko kredita koji bi održavali previsoku razinu privatnoga i javnoga zaduzivanja. Postoje snazne veze izmedu fiskalne i monetarne politike: sve odluke u vezi sa zaduživanjem, fiskusom i trošenjem povezane su krOZ proracun s monetarnom politikom. Potrebna je njihova stalna koordinacija. U strukturnome prilagodivanju devizni tecaj nije neutralna kategorja. Stopa rasta inozemnog zaduživanja mora biti ogranicena kako bi država bila manje izložena vanjskim šokovima.
