Nužnost zaokreta ekonomske politike iz prorecesijske u razvojnu

Abstract

Ovaj rad rezultat je nastojanja da se na osnovi kriticke analize zbivanja u hrvatskome gospodarstvu, prikažu i ocjene protekla kretanja i uvjeti u kojima su se dogadala te sagledaju moguci smjerovi promjena. U prvom djelu rada analizira se razvoj gospodarstva u razdoblju 1990.-2004.godine koje je prema svim znacajkama ocjenjeno kao krizno razdoblje hrvatskoga gospodarstva. U drugom dijelu rada pobrojeni su,prema našemu mišljenju, osnovni uzroci negativnih tendencija u hrvatskome gospodarstvu u razdoblju 1990.-2004.godine. Posebna pažnja, u slijedeca tri dijela rada, posvecena je ekonomskoj politici, kao kljucnom faktoru koji je odredio rezultate u hrvatskome gospodarstvu. Tako se u trecem dijelu rada propituje teorijska utemeljenost dosadašnje ekonomske politike, u cetvrtom naglašava potrebu redefiniranja njezinih ciljeva, a u petom nužnost zaokreta ekonomske politike iz prorecesijske u razvojnu.
