Proracunski deficit i javni dug Republike Hrvatske

Abstract

Osnovni je cilj rada pokazati da su proracunski deficit i javni dug, kao dijelovi fiskalne politike, rezultat ukupne makroekonomske politike, koja je za osnovni cilj postavila stabilnost cijena i tecaja. Takva politika nije dovela samo do gotovo uništenja domace industrije i visoke uvozne ovisnosti hrvatskoga gospodarstva, nego i do visoke uvozne ovisnosti fiskalnog sektora. Ta se ovisnost ogleda u proracunskom deficitu i visini javnog duga te cinjenicama da je u 2000. godini 15,3 posto rashoda opce države bilo pokriveno inozemnim kapitalom, a 71% naplacenog PDV-a u 2003. Godini odnosilo se na robu iz uvoza.
