Abstract

This article describes the Greek telecommunications sector as it stands in 1995, presents the development plans of the Hellenic Telecommunications Organization's (OTE's) management team and analyses the European Union directives that will rule the market in the coming years. Finally, it proposes a number of suggestions that could improve the market and solve some of its long-lived problems.
