On the identifiability of mixtures of infinitely divisible power series distributions

Abstract

Let {Px : x [epsilon] I} be the family of power series distributions corresponding to an absolutely monotone function f on I [subset of] R+. It is shown that mixtures of this family are identifiable provided Px is infinitely divisible for every x [epsilon] I.
