Abstract

This study uses data from Chinese A-share listed companies spanning from 2015 to 2023 as its research sample and employs empirical analysis to examine the intrinsic relation among enterprises’ innovation capital, financial relief measures, and organizational resilience. Results show that innovation capital significantly enhances organizational resilience; that financial relief plays a moderating role in the relationship between innovation capital and organizational resilience; that there exists a threshold effect of enterprise scale in the influence of innovation capital on organizational resilience; and that the impact of innovation capital on organizational resilience exhibits heterogeneity between high-tech and non-high-tech enterprises.
