Abstract

This study utilizes a dual fixed-effects model to examine the connection between venture capital involvement and enterprise digital-intelligence empowerment. The findings demonstrate that venture capital participation plays a significant role in promoting enterprises' digital-intelligence transformation, providing crucial support for operational optimization and the application of digital technologies. Venture capital further promotes the digital-intelligence transformation by enhancing the enterprises' green innovation capabilities, achieving a synergistic effect between innovation and digital-intelligence development. Enterprise scale plays a critical threshold role in this relationship; the larger the scale, the more efficiently an enterprise can integrate financial and technological resources to advance digital-intelligence development.
