Abstract

We presented a method to control chaos in dynamical system by synchronizing the response to the stable periodic motion of drive system. Through varying parameters, the response of dynamical system can go to a stable period. We prove that the driven system can reach synchronization with the parameter varied system. From the simulation of Duffing system, it can be seen that the method is effective and easily realized. The presented method also can be used to control the response in dynamical system from large amplitude to small amplitude.
