Abstract

In this research work, for the first time, a non-linear fractional integral equation whose singularity appears in the reciprocal of the solutions has been investigated. The existence and uniqueness of the solutions of the proposed equation have been analyzed. The Banach contraction principle has been used to demonstrate that the solution to the equation is unique under a specific condition. Furthermore, the existence of solutions to the equation has been established using Schauder’s fixed- point theorem. Finally, a test example has been examined to demonstrate the validity of the main results.
